    (Permit to operate a Temporary Food Operation required by the Framingham Board of Health for each participating exhibitor. There is a $20 application fee payable to the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce if submitted by March 10, 2017.  The fee increases to $40 for applications submitted after that date!)
