Check List if Information necessary to price natural
gas, and oil
1. Natural Gas –Firm Gas
- The Energy Authority needs the most recent copy of
your natural gas bill for each natural gas account.
- Fax this information directly to The Energy
Authority, Attention to John F. Kearney, Jr., President,
or Jerry P. Hawkins, Vice President. Fax number is
603.642.6477.
- The Energy Authority will put together an analysis
and present both a market based price (NYMEX plus
basis), and a fixed price. Terms can be for one, or two
years.
- Pricing is usually turned around in two or three
days.
2. Interruptible Gas Service
- The Energy Authority will evaluate your
Interruptible Service Rate to see if you are flexing
your price properly to your oil price. This can lower
your interruptible natural gas cost.
- The Energy Authority will evaluate a BTU based
contract. This is a combination of natural gas and oil.
- The Energy Authority will provide guidelines to
flexing your monthly utility price to assure you are
receiving the lowest possible price.
3. Oil Pricing
- The Energy Authority will price #2, #4, and #6 oil.
- Price is based upon projected annual volume and tank
size.
- The Energy Authority oil price can be used to flex
your interruptible natural gas price.
