Andrea Fonte Weaver is the founder and Executive Director of Bridges Together, an organization building awareness of intergenerational engagement and providing hands-on training and tools helping schools, communities, companies, and families to empower youth and allow older adults to stay socially engaged and share their experience and wisdom.

Andrea's energy and expertise make her a sought-after facilitator and presenter. Because of her passion and ability to collaborate, she builds intergenerational bridges and encourages others to do the same. Andrea will talk about our shifting population and share strategies for embracing age integration and intergenerational engagement.
