    Lisa Thompson is the Founder & CEO of Sturbridge Growth Partners, a virtual management consulting firm dedicated to driving profitable growth for clients (www.SturbridgeGrowthPartners.com). SGP enables clients to grow revenues, profits, and impact by breaking down organizational barriers to achieving goals.
    Lisa has 25 years of experience helping clients develop strategies to achieve their growth goals using her expertise in business unit strategy, marketing, pricing, sales and negotiations.  She has worked in a variety of industries including: manufacturing, specialty chemicals, B2B services, software/hardware solutions, healthcare, medical technology, and media and print, higher-ed and non-profit.  She has worked for Fortune 100 companies in mature industries and with start-ups and mid-sized firms.
    Prior to founding SGP, Lisa was a partner at Deloitte Consulting. She was a leader in the firm’s strategy practice.  Prior to joining Deloitte, Lisa was a senior partner at Monitor Group and served on the firm’s board of directors.  Before that, Lisa was a Vice President and Managing Director at Strategic Pricing Group (SPG), which was acquired by Monitor Group in 2005 when she was leading the firm’s Chicago Office.
    In addition to serving clients, Lisa serves on several for-profit and non-profit boards.
    Lisa has lent her expertise to several publications, writing articles for Visionary Pricing: Reflections and Advances, the Medical Industry Information Report and the Journal of the Professional Pricing Society, and the article, Rebuilding Profits in the Manufacturing Sector
    She has taught at the University of Chicago Center for Executive Education, AT&T Learning Center, Institute for International Research, and the Professional Pricing Society. Lisa has been a speaker at: Institute for the Study of Business Markets (ISBM), University of Chicago Executive Education Center, Financial Executives International (FEI), Institute for International Research, Professional Pricing Society, PROS Pricing Solutions, Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI), and the Metrowest Chamber of Commerce (Boston).

     

    Christine Tascione is currently the Corporate Director of Sales at Distinctive Hospitality Group. She has nearly 30 years of hospitality experience in sales, marketing, event planning, and business development for a variety of hotels, resorts, and destinations.

    Christine most recently served as the Executive Director of Meeting Professionals International Foundation, where she implemented strategic goals and directed fundraising and operational activities to support key missions of the Foundation. Before her time working in the nonprofit sector, she was the Vice President, Convention Sales for Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau for ten years. While there, she led the development of the organization’s marketing strategy and direct sales efforts involved in promoting Greater Fort Lauderdale to domestic and international markets as a premier convention, meeting and incentive, and trade show destination. She formerly worked in sales and business development at a variety of properties including The Peabody Hotel Group, Boca Raton Resort & Club, and LXR Luxury Resorts & Hotels.

    To compliment her diverse array of hospitality experience, Christine founded Blue Nautilus, LLC in 2018, where she provided strategic consulting and project management for a variety of businesses. Christine is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Colby College.

    In her role as Corporate Director of Sales, Christine works with the team at Distinctive Hospitality Group to help each property reach their potential in revenue generation and developing strategic plans to ensure that each property’s sales, catering and revenue team is functioning at the utmost overall operational excellence.
