For the past four years, Doctors Express in Natick and Marlborough has treated over 80,000 patients with an average wait time of under 20-minutes and an average door-to-door time of under 60 minutes all at a cost of <20% of an Emergency Department visit. Doctors Express is about to get even better, joining forces with American Family Care (AFC), a pioneer of urgent care more than 30 years ago, to form the largest independent urgent care network in the country. Despite the fact you will see new AFC Urgent Care signage at our clinics, very little will change. Our clinics are still locally owned and operated. Our owners, doctors, and staff are still your neighbors in the MetroWest community. We will accept the same insurance plans and more importantly offer the same great experience and medical care you?ve come to expect of our clinics. As AFC Urgent Care of Natick and Marlborough, we look forward to serving the MetroWest community for many more years to come.
