The 136-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Natick has opened at the site of the former Sam’s Club on Superior Drive.
Jointly owned by XSS Hotels of Hooksett, N.H. and Newton-based National Development, the companies say it is the first extended-stay hotel to open in Natick. It is managed by Colwen Management Inc. of Portsmouth, N.H., which also operates the AC Hotel by Marriott in Worcester.
Located across from the Natick Mall and 24 miles to downtown Boston, the Residence Inn Boston Natick offers its guests access to Wellesley College, Framingham State University and Babson College.

Located at 1 Superior Drive, the all-suite Residence Inn Boston Natick will operate as a Marriott franchise, jointly owned by XSS Hotels of Hooksett, New Hampshire and National Development of Newton Lower Falls, Massachusetts, and managed by Colwen Management, Inc. of Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
