What's the best way to overcome objections or lack of experience? How soon, and in what way, should a candidate follow-up after an interview? What should an applicant do when the employer hasn't responded at all?

No teaching or mentoring experience necessary. Your life experience and "subject matter expertise" as an empoyer or as an employee at a hiring organization is most valuable.
