Each sphere meeting begins with "elevator speech" introductions. Next, one person will have the floor for roughly 15 minutes to discuss what they are challenged with at the moment. The following 20 minutes are used to discuss any other challenges that would be applicable to the meeting. The sphere ends with upcoming Chamber programs and events to be aware of.
