Generally, we like to schedule these events with the employers at least 2-3 weeks in advance in order to give us enough time to promote the event, and disseminate flyers to as wide an audience as possible. We host these events every Thursday afternoon in our Career Center, which is located on the second floor of our main office in Framingham. There is a private conference room that can be used to interview applicants, as well as a lounge with ten computers for applicants to use to apply online, print resumes, etc…We have had a lot of success in providing these events; it has really been a benefit to the employers as well as the applicants, many of whom are clients of ours.
