    Event Description:
    The REINVENT YOUR BUSINESS CONFERENCE, co-produced in partnership with the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce, will bring together businesses from Westford to Natick to Hopkinton! This ground-breaking conference will feature topics important to growing companies of all sizes and sectors and offer structured and informal networking opportunities.  

    The conference will be presented in a series of four sessions focusing on different aspects of creating new opportunities and scaling up your operations. Topics include:
    1. Customer Experience - Keynote address, The Magic of Customer Experience, featuring Customer Experience Transformist and Managing Partner of the Temkin Group, Bruce Temkin; session sponsored by Workers Credit Union
    2. Growth Strategies Through Different Business Models - Topics include: Expanding locations, Franchising your business, Co-Operative ownership, and MBO (Management Buy Out); Session sponsored by Haartz Corporation
    3. Finding (and Keeping) Friends, Followers, and Fans: Identifying, Attracting, and Retaining the Best Customers for Your Business - Afternoon Keynote featuring Michele Levy, author of Building Your Brand, will identify ways to better engage your customers with new technology and not-so-new best practices; and,
    4. Human Resources Challenges and Opportunities - Led by a panel of HR specialists from various stages of the talent management life cycle, this session will cover topics ranging from attracting and retaining employees to the business impact of an effective diversity and inclusion strategy.
    Structured speed networking is available on a first-come, first served basis from 8:00-9:00 am, with opportunities for informal networking for all attendees throughout the conference.

    Advanced registration is strongly advised.

    Early-bird registration fee (by October 13th) is $75 for Chamber members,  $100 for not-yet-members. 

    Advance registration fee, from Oct 14th - 20th,
    is $100 for Chamber members,  $125 for not-yet-members. 

    "Day of" Conference Registration Fee is $125 for all registrants.
