Andrew Bennett has been a human resource consultant since 2007 after holding various managerial and human resources positions in several industries. He has over 35 years of human resource experience. Just prior to establishing Alliant Human Resources, Andy was the Director of Training at a leading software company where he created and delivered the training programs for all of the company’s products, all of which were human resources applications, to many of America’s major companies. He hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Administration.
