Area Business Coaches Offer Secrets to Business Success
The panel will explore emotional, organizational, and cultural resilience in the new business landscape. This event will engage attendees in a conversation about resilience and generate new ideas they can use in their business.
Business is no longer business as usual, and may never be again. There is a threat that Covid variants will be around for a long time. Many businesses closed due to the pandemic, and those that found ways to be resilient were able to survive. Many have adapted and adopted new strategies for survival. Some experienced outstanding success by reading and taking advantage of new market needs, changing their traditional approaches, and reinventing their business model.
The panel will consist of:

The event will begin with each coach presenting for 7-10 minutes and then open for Q&A.

She works at MassBay Community College (MBCC) as the Director of Equity Compliance and Title IX Coordinator/Affirmative Action Officer. In addition, she provides professional training and development for organizations through her independent business, Elleminc.
