For those who attended the MetroWest Chamber's Women's Leadership Conference in May, you will recall the inspiring story of Collette Divitto. At 26 years old and not able to find employment because of her Down Syndrome, Collette successfully launched a baking business, Collettey's Cookies which continues to thrive! 

As Collette's mother and as an experienced business person, Rosemary has been a primary caregiver, chief motivator, business partner and relentless advocate for a young women who has transformed what could have simply ended as a bad employment experience into a tour de force of social change, education and awareness - not to mention AMAZING cookie producer!
