    Job Description
    Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
    • Receive and process vendor invoices using QuickBooks on a daily/weekly basis
    • Regularly update and maintain vendor contact information and availability
    • Schedule vendor assignments and update regularly in project spreadsheet
    • Respond quickly to customer requests for an interpreter/translator/voice over or other service
    • Respond to vendor or customer calls and emails throughout the day
    • Maintain and update customer and vendor information in QuickBooks
    • Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed
    • Manage and organize files and folders on the network drive (DropBox)
    • Check interpreter/translator databases for new, more affordable vendors to increase profit margins
    • Assist with preparation of workshops or other special meetings/training sessions
    • Update and manage social media sites and company websites (MAPA, Studio 3 English, Drita Dumont VO)
    • Prepare layout and assist with content for quarterly company newsletter (sent via MailChimp)
    • Assist with organization and marketing of special events and celebrations
    • Project support for Studio 3 English – marketing, student inquiries, registration and evaluations (evening and weekend hours needed during enrollment periods)

    • Extremely detail-oriented, thorough and highly organized
    • Must be able to work independently and with little or no supervision at times
    • Must be a self-starter, quick thinking and fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize or re-prioritize throughout the work day
    • Enjoy a fast pace and variety in day to day work
    • Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Ability to use social media properly, prepare basic graphic images using Canva and use MailChimp for company newsletter and other email blasts.
    • Candidate must have a strong command of the English language, both oral and written
    • Must be able to answer phone calls professionally, take accurate notes and convey messages clearly
    • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred?
