Creative Development Co. was founded in 1970 by John H. Finley III. Creative owns and manages approximately 1,300,000 square feet of property in eastern Massachusetts, Ft. Myers, Florida, and Maine. We specialize in revitalization of New England Mills and commercial space. Our diverse portfolio provides a home for many types of businesses, new and old, big and small.

The company has a dozen employees who solve electrical, plumbing and carpentry problems. As licensed contractors, we offer tenants in house fit-up opportunities.
