AMANDA SANTOS PROMOTED TO DIRECTOR OF ADMINISTRATION
Framingham, MA, September 21, 2016 –Shepherd & Goldstein LLP announced today that Amanda Santos has been promoted to the Director of Administration. As the Director of Administration, Ms. Santos will be assisting the partners in supervision, development and training of office administrators.
Ms. Santos joined Shepherd & Goldstein in 2007 as an Intern and was later promoted to Processing Administrator. Now, with her most recent promotion to Director of Administration, Ms. Santos is responsible to ensure each office is working in the most profitable and efficient way possible. This role includes communicating partner expectations with administrators on updates to the firms systems and processes and clarifying what the best approach will be for each office. She will also continue with her existing responsibilities.
Ms. Santos, a resident of Hudson, brings many years of managerial and administrative experience to Shepherd & Goldstein. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Framingham State University and she is a regular volunteer with MetroWest ESL Fund. Although Ms. Santos has a very active professional life, she still finds time to enjoy time with her husband Nelson and their son, Owen.
