The Ambassadors are an essential part of the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce. Their purpose is to support the Chamber and its staff by nurturing a sense of belonging to new members, being a friendly face at Chamber events, and giving staff important feedback so that the Chamber can continue to grow. They serve as an example to prospective members of the benefits of becoming a member and more.

To be an ambassador one must review and agree the Ambassador's guidelines as well as fit into the eligibility below:
- Be a MetroWest Chamber of Commerce member for at least 4 months
- Commit to at least 1 year in the position
