B. Fit studios is the first fitness facility dedicated to Natick's teens and kids!  We offer 60 minute group classes for children ages 5-18. It is important for our youth to learn proper and effective workouts to stay fit throughout their lives.  At B. Fit Studios we provide the students with a foundation of knowledge they can utilize throughout their adulthood, help them decide what types of workouts are most enjoyable for them and how to optimize their time at the gym! In addition to fitness we educate the students on healthy lifestyle behaviors such as stress management, nutritional values and self confidence.  Our mission is to provide teens and children with a cool place to come with friends and engage in safe productive behaviors that will impact their futures!
