Charles, a Resident Services Professional for Water View Village at Framingham, was selected by the Rental Housing Association (RHA) as Leasing Consultant of the Year.

The RHA’s Professional Achievement Awards recognizes excellence in a range of rental property categories. Customer service always being a priority in the judging criteria.

Mr. Charles is a graduate of UMASS Amherst and joined CHR in 2013. Recently, he completed the National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) course offered by the Rental Housing Association and National Apartment Association. While at CHR, Mr. Charles was inducted to the Million Dollar Club in 2014 for producing over a million dollars in rental sales. He also prides himself on his volunteer work: Brookline Teen Center Youth Leader (Brookline, MA), Brookline High Recreation Basketball (Brookline, MA), and Over the Hill Management, which sponsors Youth Basketball clinics throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut for 500+ children.
