April topic: "Teamwork, Communication, and Accountability"

Generate a new level of teamwork, communication, and accountability.

Communication and team work is the lifeblood of any company and it is very easy for things to go wrong. Mostly people think communication is speaking and telling people stuff. How many times have you or others said something like,”I told them, I communicated, it’s not my fault they didn’t do what I asked.” In that world, that would be a very logical thing to say.

Today, we are going to leave that world and create a new one where we have a whole new relationship to communication/teamwork and what’s possible when effective communication happens.

Nancy Cantor has been a business consultant for 20 years. In that capacity, she runs a Cantor Consulting, a corporate training and coaching company, the Dream Factory Community for women solo-entrepreneurs and The Entrepreneurs Connection for small business owners. She focuses on Teamwork, Leadership and Communication and has worked with executive teams at Fidelity Investments, Next Generation Children Centers, and Framingham State University. She was voted Small Business Owner of the Year by the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce in 2008.
