    GROUND-BREAKING BUSINESS CONFERENCE
    CO-PRODUCED BY TWO CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE
     
    ACTON, MA and NATICK, MA - The REINVENT YOUR BUSINESS CONFERENCE, co-produced by the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce and the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce, will be held on Friday, October 21, Ken Olsen Auditorium, 4 Mill & Main Place, Maynard, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.  Bringing together businesses from Westford to Hopkinton, this ground-breaking conference will feature topics important to companies of all sizes and sectors and offer structured and informal networking opportunities.  Chamber membership is not required to attend. Continental breakfast and lunch are provided.  Lunch sponsored by 110 Grill.
    The conference kicks off with a morning keynote address, The Magic of Customer Experience, by Customer Experience Transformist and Managing Partner of the Temkin Group, Bruce Temkin.  This keynote session is sponsored by Workers Credit Union.  This is followed by a panel focusing on Growth Strategies Through Different Business Models, sponsored by Haartz Corporation.  The panel will focus on growth strategies through four distinct business models: accelerated expansion, co-operative, management buy-out and franchise.  Michele Levy, author of Building Your Brand, offers the afternoon keynote address, Finding (and Keeping) Friends, Followers and Fans: Identifying, Attracting and Retaining the Best Customers for Your Business.  The concluding session highlights Human Resource Challenges led by a panel of specialists, and will span a wide range of topics from attracting and retaining employees to the business impact of an effective diversity and inclusion strategy.  Structured speed networking is available from 8:00-9:00 am, with opportunities for informal networking throughout the conference.
