• Staples Associates Raise Money in Support of Voices Against Violence

    September 01, 2016
On Tuesday, August 23, Staples, Inc. presented Voices Against Violence with a check for $3291 in support of their commitment and service to the Framingham community. The presentation took place at the Staples Global Headquarters in Framingham.

Staples associates raised money through an office raffle to honor the memory of Katie MacDougall, a Staples associate who was the victim of domestic abuse in 2007. Since that time, Staples has made an annual donation in her name to the local charity raising approximately $20,000 in total.

Committed to supporting the communities where associates and customers live and work, Staples’ donation will be used to help those in need and support the Voices Against Violence values that state -- every person has a right to be free from violence and is entitled to safety in their own homes and neighborhoods.
