CHESTNUT HILL, MA (November 21, 2016) – Chestnut Hill Realty (CHR), a full service real estate company specializing in multifamily housing, announced today that one of its apartment communities, Water View Apartments at Framingham, recently received the Community of Excellence Award (communities more than 20 years old) at the annual Rental Housing Association (RHA) fall conference in Boston.
RHA, a division of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, represents owners and managers of more than 100,000 multifamily apartment units across Massachusetts. It gives Professional Achievement and Communities of Excellence Awards each year.
Water View Village at Framingham is comprised of two sister properties: the Terrace and the Village. In 2012, CHR acquired both properties, and committed to an intensive rebranding and renovation plan. Water View offers a mix of studios, one and two bedrooms apartments with a combined total of 581 units. The properties are located less than a half mile apart on Route 9 in Framingham, MA, and feature new state-of-the-art amenities and tastefully renovated open concept-style apartments.
